Since I live in Texas and queso is liquid love and it is hatch chile season which is a BIG deal here...I figured I would start this off with a family favorite 1/2 cup hatch green verde enchilada sauce or verde salsa
4 oz American cheese, white
8 oz Cream cheese
3/4 cup Milk
8 oz Pepperjack cheese
4 oz Vermont white cheddar cheese optional roasted and diced hatch chilies to your taste Cut cheese into cubes and pour verde into small crock pot and let cheese melt stiring once it starts to melt to smooth out the lumps. serve once it is all incorporated
